From its roots in the ancient practices of pre-dynastic Egypt and the latter traditions developed in the Middle East and the Indian subcontinent, Henna has, over the centuries, blossomed into a global phenomenon that enriches the celebrations and every-day lives of millions of people around the world. The Artful Cricket's mission is to provide Henna tattoo services for all occasions, personal or public, as well as to proliferate historic and cultural awareness of this beautiful art form.
The Artful Cricket Henna Studio & Gift Gallery
The Henna Studio & Gift Gallery is located in beautiful Downtown Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio at 125 Portage Trail. Walk in clients are welcome, pre-scheduled appointments are recommended! I also have a wonderful selection of retail products from both local artisans and Fair Trade sources, so you'll be able to adorn your body and soothe your soul. I offer classes on both henna subjects AND classes taught by some of the artisans whose products are being sold at the shop, as well as special events throughout the year. Check the website often for new classes & events!
The Party Room at The Artful Cricket Henna Studio & Gift Gallery can accommodate up to 10 guests. The colorful, relaxing environment is great for Birthday Parties, Baby Showers, Ladies Nights, or any other reason you can think of to throw a party! Choose from the BYO option to just come for the henna, or to provide your own snacks & drinks, or the Full Service option to let me curate tasty Middle Eastern or Indian treats from local restaurants!
