House-Call Request Form

House-Calls are recommended for those interested in large pieces, boudoir henna, full bridal henna, maternity henna, work in areas that would make it difficult for the client to drive themselves, etc.

PLEASE BE AWARE: A travel fee may apply. A $15 booking fee is required to confirm all individual appointments. This fee will be applied to the final cost of your henna appointment or event. The booking fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation or no-show; however, if a reschedule commitment is made at least 3 days before the appointment date, the booking fee will be applied to the rescheduled appointment.
